This tasty one-pot Chicken and Orzo is a comforting and satisfying simple dinner recipe suitable for Uni Students that blends orzo pasta, chicken, carrots, celery, and onions in a rich chicken broth flavored with herbs and spices.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup orzo pasta
2 chicken breasts or boneless legs if preferred, diced
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, diced
4 cups chicken broth
Herbs and spices (like thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper)
NOTE: IF YOU DONT LIKE CARROTS AND CELERY YOU CAN SKIP, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND :)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot, sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in the orzo, chicken broth, and spices.
